Included in room and board fees. The All Access Plan includes $140 Declining Balance and gives you 21 meals to use per week at Moffatt Dining Hall. The All Access Meal Plan comes with $140 Declining Balance to use at Snappers and Java City. Declining Balance are associated to meal plans will carry forward to Spring when Spring meal plan is purchased.
